Many people feel uneasy when trying to buy airline tickets online. They like to browse online but always feel unsure about pressing the buy button. That was one of the major discoveries when we partner with a digital travel agency to co-create a hybrid experience.
We started by creating a simple prototype of a booth that allowed customers to search and buy tickets. We watched as clients walked by the booth and interacted with it.
After letting them explore for a couple of minutes, we walked towards them and try to capture their impressions. We tried with different prototypes for a couple of months.
