A new way of buying tickets online

With 4 theaters and 30 screens, Movie is the biggest movie theater company in Uruguay. But a growing business needs a site that is strong enough and provides an excellent experience to a diverse clientele. Their web was three years old, and even though there was room for improvement, most clients were used to its logic.

What we did

We started our project with user interviews. Our goal was to understand their thinking process when choosing a movie and the different scenarios that motivated them going to the movies. We constructed several personas and design the ideal journey for each of them taking the research into account.
